Setting Limits
Deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time reminders can be configured from your account settings. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately — increasing a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Self-Exclusion & Time-Out
You can request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion your account is locked and marketing communications stop.
